This morning, 11-06-08, I attended the weekly BNI meeting with other local businesses. Before the meeting we usually mingle and discuss a myriad of topics. During this mingling time I spoke with Laura Denney, from Laura Denney Bowenwork, and told her I would like to schedule an appointment.  During the meeting each business gives a 30 second commercial. During my commercial I mentioned, “A good referral for me would be a company that has not chosen a charity for the Christmas season.” Next thing you know I received a referral notice from Laura Denney saying, “will you donate the $45 please?” I was shocked. Some may call it a sales scheme but I call it a heart of GOLD! So tomorrow, 11-07-8, I’m going to the bank to deposit the $45 dollars in my separate bank account which 100% of that account will go to the Wounded Warrior Project.

 

Wait, there’s more!!! I received an email from Laura today saying, “I want to talk to you about healing services for our returning soldiers.  I'd like to do some clinics for them.” So, returning soldiers call Laura Denney up and she will hook you up. She has a heart of gold and wants to help you.
