Senior Staffing Supervisor

I have the distinct priviledge of working with a wide variety of customers and employees and I truly enjoy the challenges associated with assisting job seekers and employers find the perfect fit! My position involves:

• Recruiting, Interviewing and Hiring qualified job seekers • Managing 100+ employees • Acting as a liaison between clients and employees • Encouraging other to seek and grow their potential. Staffing Supervisor: Kelly Services, Chico, CA (January 2003 - Present)

Past experience: Worked with Nascar for 1 year in hospitality and customer service. I had a wonderful time with this position, traveling and meeting interesting people.
