"No pain no gain" is a thing of the past. At RPT Physical Therapy we believe fitness programs should meet individual needs. As fitness director for RPT Physical Therapy it has been my ambition to help high risk individuals accomplish their health and fitness goals. For the past four years I have gained practical experience working with the physical therapists and patients at RPT.
I have been a group exercise instructor for nine years and a certified personal trainer for four years. I hold certifications in exercise for chronic disease and disability and Pilates.
In 2002 I graduated from California State University, Chico with degrees in Spanish and Latin American Studies. I currently teach activity classes for the department of Kinesiology.
