I made Chico my home ten years ago and my appreciation of this Northern California area has continued to grow. I feel fortunate to be of service to this great community. I would like to share with you the magic that Chico and the surrounding areas have to offer. I graduated from Chico State University with a degree in Business Administration. I participated and held offices in Students in Free Enterprise ( SIFE ) and in the Marketing Association. I am currently involved in the Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Butte County as a "Big." This year, I also took on the role of "Volunteer Coordinator" for the 2008 Chico Airfest. When time allows, I like to get away to the lake, go on a hike, go for a bike ride, go geocaching, or hang out with friends and BBQ! With winter's arrival, I like to head to the mountains for skiing and some hot cocoa.

That said, in my experience as a Chico real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. 

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
