Acceptance of Term of Use

Welcome to WorkingGrads.com, a business website with effective advertising tools for working graduates, friends, and businesses.  WorkingGrads.com service and network (collectively, "WorkingGrads.com" , the "Website", or  "the Service") are operated by WorkingGrads.com (collectively, "us", "we" or "the Company"). WorkingGrads.com is a privately owned company. This is an agreement between you (the "User") the individual and WorkingGrads.com that governs your use of the WorkingGrads.com Website. By agreeing  to the Terms of Use ("Terms of Use" or "Terms") , you signify that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

 

Third Party Sites

WorkingGrads.com is a independent business website which includes a directory made up of individual profiles advertising their products or services of the company they work for, and/or the products and services of the company they own. We are not responsible for the content of external sites or goods or services profiles sold by the third party's.

 

Fees & Services

Business Directory: By joining the Business Directory you agree to the Terms of Use and agree to subscribe to the Business Directory on the Website for a one year term or three year term. The Business Directory is a marketing tool for working graduates, friends, and businesses, to advertise their products and services to other individuals and businesses.  Membership profiles are for all individuals and businesses to view. 

One year subscription costs $25.00 and a three year subscription costs $65.00. The terms of this Agreement commences on the date of execution by you (either in writing or electronic filling) presented by us. The Agreement is non-refundable. A renewal reminder will only be emailed to you one month prior to expiration. If the Agreement is not renewed then your profile will be removed from the Business Directory for until you renew your subscription. 
 

Member Conduct, Violations, Deletion of Service

WorkingGrads.com is not liable or responsible for member conduct or business practice. The Site is for businesses with legal products or services for sale. If misconduct,inappropriate pictures or texts, arrises or is is flagged on the Site you are then subject to our right to termination of agreement or removal at our discretion. Materials transmitted by you will be monitored by Us.

WorkingGrads.com reserves the right to add, modify or delete any information at this website at any time. This publication and any references to products or services are provided "as is" without any warranty or implied term of any kind. Reproduction or distribution of any materials obtained on this website or linking to this website without written permission is prohibited. 

 

Privacy Policies

Private information provided to WorkingGrads.com will not be distributed but will remain confidential. Please respect the third parties public business information and only use their information to build a business relationship.

 

Changes

We may at any time change the Terms of Use and the Site without notice, and you are responsible for checking periodically for revisions. All amended Terms of Use become effective upon the date posted to the Site, and any use of the site after such changes signifies your consent to the changes.
